If you have a knowledge of wood and know about wood movement through the seasons, there is no need for you to read this page.  Go back and order away and we will  quote you.  BUT, we need to do this as we get some awful height sizes for doors.  Just remember the front entry door to most houses are 80" in height, 1 1/2" thick, and sometime clad in steel.  So to come anywhere near this in 7/8" material as our wood doors are, ( most manufactures are 3/4" or less) is not a wise thing to do.

Take that 80", 70" or even the high 60"+ and split them in half, or at a # that allows them to line up with other near by doors.  Your finished job WILL look much more professional.   You can after they are hung use some form of a strap on the back to hold the 2 doors together so they open at same the time.   When you approach these heights, watch the width as well.  Divide that opening width and use two doors side by side.
