Using European hinges (concealed hinges) can be very confusing . This is why a lot of people stay away from them. We use a very simple and straight forward method, making it possible to use these fine hinges effectively, therefore making your job very professional looking.

All hinge & plate sales are final, no refunds or returns of any kind.

NO SCREWS TO INSTALL HINGE TO DOOR ( see below ). HINGE CLIPS TO PLATE, NO TOOLS.

3211 -- Full Overlay. With this hinge you will get up to

INSTALLING HINGE TO THE DOOR.

Back of door will be drilled with 2-8mm and 1-35mm hole to receive hinge.( Blum Pattern)

We provide the service at extra cost.

Simply lay door face down on a flat surface, line up dowels on hinge with holes in door, and drop hinge into holes.
With proper screw driver turn screws approximately 1/4 turn all the way to the stop. Hinge is installed. Simply reverse procedure to remove. We suggest hanging all your doors first before finishing. Then you can UNCLIP the hinges from the plate, and even remove the hinge from the door for finishing.

INSTALLING DOORS TO THE BOXES

 Install Plates on hinges.

Start at end with mounting holes.

Rock hinge towards clip and Push.

INSTALLING DOORS TO CABINETS

On the plate is little tabs, these will sit on the front edge of the frame or gable. Your distance back is now automatically set. Just move door up or down by whatever method you use ( a strip of wood clamped to bottom of cabinet) and screw in place. Be sure to put screw in center of elongated hole so it can be adjusted later.(screws not included)

1. Moves door away from or closer to frame.
2. Moves door left or right.
3. Moves door up and down.
To remove door from your finished installation, simple hold door and push in on tab at end of hinge.

The methods and parts used in above description will work in 99% of all applications. HOWEVER......
On a lazy susan or if you are using pull outs, these hinges will not swing the door open far enough. You will need to use 165 degree opening hinges. We now stock these hinges.
If you have a corner cabinet at 45 degrees and didn't build your box to use standard hinges, you may need a 45 degree hinge. This hinge when closed sits at 45 degree, not 90 degree like other hinges. We now stock these hinges.

If pricing doors at the same time as hinges, use our Quote Page and fill in the qualities of hinges you want.
